Project: Westcoast Connector LNG Pipeline – Avalanche Hazard Assessment and Mapping

Similar to the Coastal GasLink pipeline, the proposed pipeline begins in northeastern BC and terminates on the west coast, and crosses through avalanche areas in the northern Rocky Mountains and the Coast Range. Dynamic mapped avalanche hazards, performed an avalanche hazard assessment, and provided conceptual level recommendations to mitigate avalanche risk to the pipeline.
