Jesse is an avalanche professional who has been active since 1993 and joined Dynamic in 2011. His extensive background in avalanche training includes collaborations with Parks Canada, Avalanche Canada, Search and Rescue, and the Canadian Air Force. He has developed and supervised avalanche safety and explosive control programs for various projects spanning the mining, energy, forestry, recreation, and transportation sectors. Jesse has been a member of the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA) Board of Directors since 2019 and has served on the Explosive Advisory Committee since 2009.
