Jeff has worked as an avalanche practitioner since 1997. His diverse background includes operational avalanche risk management in the sectors of forestry, mining, energy, and outdoor recreation. He has experience performing avalanche risk assessments, avalanche hazard mapping, and avalanche safety planning and policy development for industry and government agencies. Jeff holds a technical diploma in Recreation, Fish, and Wildlife Management from Selkirk College. Based in the East Kootenay area of southern BC, Jeff manages our Kimberley office.
